EA Sports WRC, which will be released on November 3rd, will feature over 75 rally cars from the last 60 years.
The World Rally Championship is poised to enter its 17th digital incarnation with EA Sports WRC, which will be released this fall.
Using a different software engine developed by Codemasters, a developer who has previously created some incredibly fun rally video games such as Colin McRae Rally, DiRT 4, and, most recently, DiRT Rally 2.0, EA Sports promises to deliver rally fans the most comprehensive digital rally experience since the series began in 2001 on PlayStation 2.
EA Sports WRC chronicles the 2023 WRC season, highlighting the most aggressive Rally1 cars, including the hybrid-powered Ford Puma, Hyundai i20, and Toyota GR Yaris.
Along with the less powerful choices from Citroen, Skoda, and Volkswagen in WRC2, EA Sports WRC allows players to pilot over 75 automobiles, dating back to the Alpine A110 1600S of the 1970s.
Favourites from rally’s illustrious Group B period, such as the Ford RS200, Lancia 037 Evo2, and Lancia Delta S4, are also accessible.

Every pixel of mud, tarmac, snow, and gravel is modeled by real WRC races. This game includes 18 miles of El Chocolate from race Mexico and the terrifying Fafe jump from Rally Portugal, to mention a few of the 372 miles of race sector.

We’re enthusiastic to test this new technology, particularly the strategy utilized in the hybrid powertrain seen in the genuine WRC Rally1, which includes regenerative braking and an additional electric boost.
While we don’t have all the information on online play, we do know that EA Sports WRC will feature 32-player cross-platform multiplayer, as well as challenges and tournaments throughout the year.
Moments, another game option, will be updated daily and will allow users to recreate important occurrences from the 2023 season as well as many of rally’s greatest moments in the past.
A Builder game mode lets users to build, manage, and design their own rally car, complete with their own unique livery.
When Will EA Sports WRC Be Released?
EA Sports WRC will be released on November 3, 2023, but as part of a preorder offer, you will be able to play it three days earlier. The presale bonus also includes additional liveries and in-game items.
EA Sports WRC is available on Xbox Series S and Series X, PlayStation 5, and PC, but not on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, or as part of the Xbox Game Pass subscription.
Instead, it will be bundled with the EA Play Pro subscription. PC players can get it on Steam or the Epic Games Store.
