2. Henry Cavill as a Wolverine Variant

With his brief presence, the one and only Henry Cavill—who had just hung his Superman suit and sheathed his Witcher swords—would also send fans into a frenzy.

Despite being a far cry from Hugh Jackman’s iconic portrayal, Cavill’s take as Wolverine is nevertheless a charming homage to the actor’s versatility and fans of the role. He adds a new level of grit and intensity to the role.

Tatum finally gets to play the charming mutant in Deadpool & Wolverine, and he doesn’t disappoint. He has a small role, yet he makes the character seem stylish and appealing.

5. Wesley Snipes Returns As Blade

In Deadpool & Wolverine, Wesley Snipes played Blade once more, and Ryan Reynolds was quick to support his comeback.

Blade didn’t need much encouragement to stand next to Deadpool, and Snipes didn’t require any more prodding. Snipes revealed in an Entertainment Weekly interview that he got a spontaneous call from Ryan Reynolds enquiring about doing a comeback as a Blade variation.

Twenty years after ending his tenure as Blade, Snipes was surprised to receive a call, but upon learning of Reynolds’ idea, he quickly accepted to become a member of the cast.

After portraying the vampire hunter for the first time in 1998, Snipes reprised the part for Blade: Trinity (2004) and Blade II (2002).

The character made his first appearance when Deadpool found the Wesley Snipes variant in the Void. The Marvel Cinematic Universe plans to bring the character back for the next Blade film.
