The franchise has evolved into an RPG series in recent years, starting with Assassin’s Creed Origins in 2017 and continuing with Odyssey and Valhalla. Having said that, Assassin’s Creed Mirage, the most current game in the franchise, has brought it somewhat back to its origins.
Some could contend that games like Assassin’s Creed Unity and Assassin’s Creed Syndicate—the latter of which is a hot issue today—may have laid the groundwork for later role-playing games.
Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, which was released in 2015, is a video game that takes place in London in 1868 and follows the story of twin brothers Jacob and Evie Frye. Lead your underground group and gain power in the midst of the Industrial Revolution to combat those who take advantage of the underprivileged in the name of advancement.
Even with its age, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is an incredibly beautiful game, especially when experienced on a top-tier PC, PlayStation 5, or Xbox Series X/S. However, Jacob and Evie Frye have never looked better thanks to this fan-made restoration.
This Assassin’s Creed Syndicate version, as shown on the YouTube channel Digital Dreams, is powered by an RTX 4090 and runs in gorgeous 8K resolution at a silky smooth 60 frames per second. It also features a number of mods with enhanced graphics and ray-tracing effects.
